Unopened Product If your Wiggle Whip arrives damaged, defective, or you simply change your mind, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement — no need to ship it back.
Opened Product If your dog didn't take to Wiggle Whip, or you noticed a quality issue after opening, reach out within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We'll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
For safety reasons, we're unable to accept physical returns of opened or unopened food products. All resolutions are handled through refund or replacement.
